The Multilateral Initiative on Malaria (MIM) Society, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH)- Rwanda and the Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC), is hosting the 8th Pan-African Malaria Conference. The conference aims to bring together leading researchers, policy makers, and innovators to deliberate on the status of malaria in Africa, share research findings, and discuss the challenges and efforts of controlling malaria in the continent. The conference will provide a platform to share perspectives that strengthen efforts towards locally driven research and development (R&D) and grassroots mobilization to end malaria through innovations, collaborations, and synergy among stakeholders.
The Pan-African Malaria Conference (PAMC) is a gathering of global experts discussing achievements, research, and innovations in malaria prevention and treatment.
The theme is "Grassroots Mobilization to End Malaria: Invest, Innovate & Integrate," focusing on community-driven efforts, innovation, and research.
MIM2024 is scheduled from April 21st to 27th, 2024, and will be hosted at Kigali Convention Centre in Rwanda.
MIM2024 aims to share experiences, discuss malaria's status, and strengthen efforts for locally-driven research and grassroots mobilization.
